Terms of service

Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are ordered by mistake, no longer wanted, or otherwise changed by the customer after the order has been placed.

Please carefully review your order, product details, size, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

When contacting us, please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the problem and, if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because each product is made specifically when an order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size or product selection
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Products that are no longer wanted
Orders placed by mistake

Please make sure all order information is correct before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted for production, it cannot be canceled or modified because our print-on-demand partner may begin production immediately.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible once production has begun.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered when an item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrectly fulfilled, and the issue is verified by us or our print-on-demand partner.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the replacement or refund.
